FATIH
As members of the global Church, we proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord, embrace the historic Trinitarian creeds, and value our Wesleyan-Holiness heritage based on Scripture, reason, tradition, and experience. We believe God offers forgiveness and reconciliation to everyone, and having received that grace, we are called to love, forgive, and be reconciled to one another in Christ’s character. Guided by Scripture, we affirm the unity of the global Church and strive to keep the Body of Christ unified.
MISSION
Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we respond to Christ’s call to go into the world, share His lordship, and help build His Church and kingdom. Our mission begins in worship and reaches out through evangelism and compassion, while growing believers toward maturity through discipleship and preparing men and women for service through the Church of the Nazarene's many education and ordination opportunities.
HOLINESS
God created us in His image and calls us to a holy life, which is best understood as becoming like Jesus Christ. We believe that after salvation, the Holy Spirit performs a second work of grace in us—often called entire sanctification—which cleanses us from sin and empowers us to love God completely and our neighbors as ourselves. Through this ongoing transformation, the Spirit restores God's image within us, daily growing our character in love, purity, compassion, and justice so we can fulfill His command: "Be holy, because I am holy."
